How can the strengths of the employer brand be injected into every touchpoints to attract tomorrow's talent?
For LVMH and its employee brand, we interviewed with around twenty professionals (from all sectors and at all levels) from LVMH, followed by the drafting of an editorial charter incorporating the lessons learned.

Understanding the 16-25 Parisians’ and Suburbs’ vision of the outdoors and their relationship with nature, introspection, sport, adventure and fashion
EXPLORATION, STRATEGY
We explored the thought process behind outdoors aesthetics and activities in Paris with a focus on North African communities. Through 1-on-1 interviews, we dived into their relationship to nature in their city, current technical fashion trends and outdoors’ structural and cultural barries to access it.

How can artificial intelligence be used to facilitate the relationship between craftsmen and shop assistants?
INNOVATION, STRATEGY
We observed craftsmen behaviour on-site while they were working to identify the daily painpoints they encounter. We then interviewed both craftsmen and shop assistants in store to get a full understanding of their relationship, and identify opportunities to be developed by the brand and the group.
